Greetings!
With the current state of the economy, the NM Legislature will be meeting soon to start preparing for budget cuts. WE NEED YOUR HELP!! Please contact your local Representatives, Senators, and Governor Richardson and let them know that Suicide Prevention is important to our communities! You can click HERE to find contact info for your legislator. Please take a moment to call, or email them today, and let them know that money for suicide prevention should be increased, not cut!!
Reminders! Please come out and join us for our Second Annual Out of the Darkness Walk on Sunday November 1, 2009, at Balloon Fiesta Park. You can register yourself, a team, or make a donation at www.afsp.org. Just click on the link to Out of the Darkness community walks.
We look forward to seeing you soon! Together we can all help prevent suicide in New Mexico.
